I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right in the center of activity and within walking distance of the main square and plenty of restaurants. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - very knowledgeable and courteous. They even helped fix the wifi on my phone with extra patience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was excellent. The spread had a variety of options including fresh fruit, toast, bacon, eggs, and cheese. It was definitely one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, not far from Plaza de Armas. I felt comfortable walking around after dark. The buffet breakfast was great, with an omelet station and fresh juice.I Liked the sauna and jacuzzi that were available. I found myself needing it following the Machu Picchu trip. However, buth the sauna and jacuzzi were too hot, and I could not stay in both too long.
Some of the hotel staff were inattentive, particularly the reception staff.

Spent xmas here and had a great time. The breakfast was awesome, they had fresh fruits and coffee that was really delicious. The location was amazing, it was really central and easy to walk around to a lot of nearby sites. , loved that the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
The walls were paper thin, so it was really noisy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. , there wasn't a lot of privacy because the rooms were close together.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in the Regocijo area. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the activity. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, especially the ones with a balcony overlooking the road. The breakfast provided was also great, with customizable omelettes made by the chef.
All in all, everything was satisfactory.

We stayed in a hotel by the mountains, in the midst of a serene atmosphere with lovely views. the hotel is quite close to all tourist attractions and close to the center of old town. Our room was well decorated and well equipped with all necessary amenities. the service was exceptionally prompt and the breakfast was well cooked and served in a pleasant dining area. the staff were very helpful in answering all of our queries.
The hotel lacked soundproofing which meant we could hear the noise of traffic from the streets all night long which hindered our sleep.
